I found a long travel suspension setup but it is off of an 06. Its Houser slicast long travel a-arms with elka elite series shocks and the rear is houser swingarm with houser linkage and an elka shock. How much of this will work on my 04? i already have a houser swingarm on the rear so i was thinking the linkage and shock would work hopefully and the front shocks i think would be the same too. i think i just have to get new a-arms but they may even work too. im not sure but any help would be appreciated . thanks

oh, this is all for a Honda 450r, sorry i didnt mention that but come on i know somebody on this site knows the answer to this. please help me
