Heello guys. I have a CT 310. It has stock 250r rad and the problem I'm having is that when I ride it like 3 to 4 minutes it start to throw coolant from the radiator reseirvoir hose. I rode it like for 7 minutes on the mx track and it was throwing steam and coolant. I dont have the reseirvoir right now. I only have the hose down to the pipe. The water pump is completely new. What you guys think is the problem??

blown head gasket

If you head has a head gasket and not o rings check to make sure the ports for the water jackets are lined up correctly. If that is correct i would say check waterpump to make sure there is not something wrong there to keep it from circulating the coolant.

My head uses orings instead of gasket. What else could be the problem? Do you think I need a oversize rad??

i have a pro-x 310 cylindr on my R, and have never had a problem with the stock radiator. but you could try going to an aftermarket larger unit.

But what else could be if it is not the rad??

radiator cap, bad inner o-ring, clogged radiator, obstructed radiator. put your finger in the radiator and rev it, if you feel coolant flow your WP is good (don't mistake vibration for flow) im running a 310 on a stock rad. only reason its apart right now is because the inner o-ring failed and leaked coolant into the combustion chamber
