How much faster does a Z400 feel than a 250ex?

There's quite a bit of a power difference that you can feel. Its kinna like a geo metro and then driving a v-8 engine vehicle

off the line how much would the z400 be ahead by second gear also im j/w is the top speed of the Z's first gear faster then the 250 ex's first

Your trying to compare apples to oranges here. The 250ex will not have the rpms to make the power that the Z has reguardless of the gear. The displacement and torque of the Z is in a league of its own compared to the 250ex.

the 250ex is like a kids quad compared to the z400...the 400 will be in 3rd or 4th and about 20 or 30 bike lenghts ahead, at least, by the time the ex is ready to go into 3rd

The Z in 2nd gear WOT is faster than the EX in 5th WOT downhill with a tailwind.

Actually, the Z IS faster in 3rd than the 250ex is in 5th
