I met a guy a few weeks ago that has a 2002 Cannondale Speed for sale and he told me to make him an offer. It is so clean, not a scratch on it. He says it has about 10 hours on it and I believe it. What do you think I should offer him? Have is a fair price?

They are only $7995 brand new. I would tell him $6500. He would not get that from a dealer. So it is good for both of you.
