does anybody know if the quadsprt 250 or 230 or whatever it is is fast? i was just wonderring because the guy down the road just got one.

They are alrigtht about as fast as a 300ex.

Yeah nothing to brag about. I'd say a 300 is faster.

is it 2 stroke or 4 stroke? i wasnt really expecting it to be very fast

It's a four stroke, and depending on what year/model it may or may not have electric start. I'd say a 300EX is a little faster but not by much. I had 2 of them and they were nearly bulletproof. Great little trail quad. I'd love to get my wife the auto clutch version.

I owned 2 myself.. And now my brother has one...I have done every possible thing to them from lower end work to every bearing...tough bikes when maintened properly but most of them are junk nowadays from abuse....my brothers actually has more top end speed than my 300 and his is 100% stock except i dropped a 20 over stock piston in it...it still doesnt have the power or handling of my ex...more top end speed simply because of my rev limiter and it doesnt have one.
