Does anyone know if 450r front brake calipers will fit on a 250r? Or any mods you can do to make them work?

No they will not bolt directly on. You have to do a complete change over hubs and rotors. The 450s 2004 and 05s hubs and rotors are different from the 06s. I did the conversion on mine and it works great.

check the sticky at the top of this page, there's a lot of information in there. For the front, you need 450r spindles, calipers and hubs/rotors. That should be it but, dont quote me on that. Im in the process in doing the same conversion but due to a wreck in yesterday's race, that will be put on hold.
