What is the law when it comes to riding rail road tracks in New York. Whats the worst they can do if they catch you.

I guess its state property, so if states got a problemo with it your screwed but if not your clear. Call the sheriff and ask him.

It's not worth it.If you get caught it will be on your record,and lots of $ getting yourself out of trouble.

Trespassing and impond your wheeler and that is if you are registered and have valid insurance. If not that opens another can of worms. Basically could be lots of headaches and fees.
Plus you give the rest of us a bad name for riding around where you do not have permission.
