Alright here's the deal , i just picked up a new to me but otherwise used 2005 Z 400 last sunday , let me just say im lovin this bike compared to my old 300ex.Since then ive been searching the forums and im hearing about a clutch cover recall for the 05 + 06 models , so on to the question , HOW CAN I TELL IF THE RECALL HAS BEEN PERFORMED PREVIOUSLY ON THIS QUAD ??? Ive been reading about something like a 10 mm bolt being filled only on the alum covers or something along these lines , pics would be extremely helpful , thanks in advance ...

You can also call US Suzuki @714-996-7040 & ask them if your bike has had the recall done. They will ask for your VIN & be able to look up if it has been done or not. Ray.
