Well i checked all of the connections and yesterday the quad would click a few times when i hit the starter then it will start, so when got it started i pressed the starter again to see what happens. And it makes the spinning sound the starter makes but when i kept pressing it sometimes it would just make the clicking noise, so i called the honda shop and they said the starter is going bad. does that sound like its my starter or something else. And if i need a starter can i just buy a rebuild kit or a new starter.

well i guess check the negative connection to the battery and clean it out. if the connection is dirty it will probably click. try that hope it helps worked for me
