I have a 400ex with a stock pilot jet a 170 main jet and the e-clip is 3 notches from top it fires up with eas when its warm but when warmed up if you punch it bogs for a quick second then recovers i have a slip on pipe and k&n filter with airbox lid removed is this normal also my fuel screw is set 3 1/2 turns out

Well try a smaller main and you could also throw a 40 pilot in there turn the pilot screw in 1 turn(thats just to help with starting and keeps your pilot screw from having to be turned out so far,I like to keep mine around 2 1/2 turns out but, it's up to you). I run Keihin jets so I'm not sure what size main a 152 converts to in Dynojet. You could do a search on here I know there is a chart somewhere.
