The squeaking on the front end of my 250ex is irritating the crap out of me. Could it be the brake pads? They are almost wore out so im buying some EBC brake pads today. Does anyone else have this problem? I just want to get rid of it!

with the 03 250ex i just got done rebuilding it was the steering stem that was making all the noise, could also be the shock or a arm bushings, anyway good luck with it.

Mine was the steering stem upper bushing. Some shots of WD-40 loosen it up nicely.

Running through water will make it get worse again.

I think I had a squeek at one time from an A-Arm bushing. Those are just rubber bushing (no grease), so I tightened or loosened the bolt a bit, can't remember which and that took care of it.
