my prm grab bar came in, and i need some advice. the sales guy said these new grab bars don't need any welding, they bolt right up to your sub frame. however, by just dry fitting it, it doesn't seem to work. any one know how these thinks instal? do i still need to cut the stock grab bar? oh yeah, those tabs that hold the reflectors, there in they way too. there was no instructions in the box.

did that new bar come with two brackets to weld onto your subframe? and yes, i do believe you have to cut the frame. check under reviews and look for the 6 pack rack one. it shows the brackets i'm taking about

i don't know, but it did not come with thoughs tabs! it came with 4 u bolts???
