If you have a 2007 outlaw 525 and have not rejetted it you will! I took mine to a KTM Dealer here in PHX and this quad has so much power I can't believe I am on 4 wheels. Both pilot and main jet where changed out and mixture screw was adjusted. This quad rips. I am blowing any 450 I good up against. These bike are coming very lean from factory.

Do the AC pump mods and get a powernow or HT racing velocity stack and see how much more it will have.

whats the ac pump mod ? a different accel pump lever ? how does it improve power ? also not familiar with velosity stack,any pictures?

Basically, the mods clean up the low end. My 525 will hit, now! when you twist the throttle. It takes some getting used to . NO more bog or hesitation. Lots of power, right now. Really fun for coming out of corners.
