yesterday i took out my filter and look inside the duct hose that goes to the carburetor and saw a horizontal cut on the hose ,the help i need from u guys is to check on ur 525 and see if u have that same cut is very easy just take the filter off and look inside the big hose........

here is the part on the diag copy and paste this and write under search criteria 5437011 and when it open is the part #5 thanks i will really appreciated

I can't help you as I have not got mine yet, but does the cut go all the way through?

the cut is very deep ,and is horizontal ....

thanks ,i have try to see if any dealer have one and none have an outlaw..

part of the slow air side of the carb. there is a jet that need to get air for the carb to work.
