WOW!!!!

MentalState, is that a new shifter I see on there? If it is, is it shorter or longer than the stock shifter? It looks nice and would not mind picking one up for my 525 if it is shorter....

Looks sweet, by the way!

Looks good MentalState who made your hand guards and a word of caution with PRM rear A-arm skid mine cut the bead lock ring on my Hiper wheels and I had to cut the ends off.

I made hand gaurds just some aluminum stock and parts I had lying around..The powdercoat makes them look better...

yeah i saw you post about PRM AFTER I dropped at coaters..Oh well...I ordered the thinner skids I will see if its an issue then address...

Its going to be a beauty queen for couple of months...Tore up my shoulder...So I got time...

are those from polaris and you had them coated? your machine looks awsome! i am still working on mine.

VERY nice! Are you doing more engine "bling" besides the covers shown?
Thanks for the link for the shifter, I'm gettin' one.

Posted by: PlayHard

Awesome Ride. Making me want one more and more. There are some nice accessories to go with the KTM.

I got my airbox lid back from EHS racing yesterday. Looks great, can't wait to try it out in the sand next week.

THAT is one really good looking quad.....WOW!!!

Posted by: firefighterjosh

wow that is nice.

Is that skid PCed?

Let us know how that holds up

Posted by: MentalState

They usually hold up well i do it to all my skids...

Posted by: bwamos

Just wanted to chime in.

I really like KTM theme.

Posted by: brad7131

At first I didn't really care for all of the orange, but the more I see it, especially that last picture, the more I like it. It'll definately stand out!

Posted by: MentalState

I like this pic best...

Posted by: Nystie

Mentalstate. The quad looks good. I have gone to a set of fox shocks on my 525 that I got from polaris. Where did you get the fronts? Off a predator I would think. Anythings better than the Ryde FX. I love the Oil filter covers, where did you get those?

Posted by: eerhard09

Nystie, here is a list of all kinds of goodies for the KTM motor, including the filter covers....

KTM Cycle Hut

personally i think predators look a lot better especiallly in side and rear shots but yours looks pretty good i hate IRS though its supposed to be for utilitys if it was good on sport quads dont you think the other bikes would have it?

Thanks for the help oldskoolex400, it seems that guys who know nothing about these new Outlaws are talking a lot of trash w/o ever seeing one. Once they run up against one, they will never admit it or will never be back. They are quick quads and are no joke! I had a Z400 and it did not even come close to my 525. I would not eff with one if I was running a 400 based quad unless I ran it against a Raptor 700 that was piped and had a fuel controller on it, and WHOOPED it's ***! THey may be an OUTLAW, but they are no slouch!

Posted by: MentalState

No worries guys...Everyone has and Opinion...make it count over at the blingstart vote for QOTM...

be careful when ordering this it isnt sam set up for quads..I am waiting on answer from the company I purchased it from...

Posted by: BikerTrash05

The other side might not be the same, either. Probably made for a kickstarter.

Posted by: MentalState

Yeah! they also made it bigger to hold more oil...Oh well no bigge..few more bucks in my pocket...

Posted by: BikerTrash05

LOL, if you didn't already figure it out, I am also BikerTrash525.

My plan is to power coat the engine covers black, and put some orange paint in the lettering.

Posted by: calds650

and the stator is bigger 200 watts
