2003 viper 50 speed ristrictors?

I just picked up a 2003 viper 50 for $350 an all it needs is a starter motor. it kick starts so easy i dont know if I will even get one.

My question is.... Is there anyway to control the power other than the throttle limmiter screw? I know on our 2006 it has the adjustable CDI. I can not find anything like it on the '03.

DOes anyone have a stock adjustable cdi that they would like tp let go for cheap? Maybee off off that modified motor you have in your quad?

I have an adjustable CDI off of my sons viper that I don't use because we don't run any of the stock stuff, make me an offer and I will send it to you. it was only on the machine for maybe 2 hours of riding.

I am still looking for a adjustable oem CDI and would also like the stepped up floor boards off of a viper 50m if any one has any. Come on all you racers, I know you have all of this stock stuff laying arround and are wanting to get rid of it cheap.

If you just want to remove the rev limiter there should be a green wire on the cdi box that comes out of the back and right back into the box(basically a loop)..You just have to snip the wire and you will have an unrestricted cdi...No need to get a new one.
