Does anyone now when should the first valve ajustment be done? Does it have shim or a screw adjust. What is spec?

so does anyone know what the specs are?

The retail price of an Outlaw 500 service manual is $20.00. Before you go adjusting your valves you should get one. You could ruin a $3,000.00 engine with the wrong specs.
