Looking For A Lighted Utv Whip......

Anybody that can help. I saw a lighted whip with l.e.d.s that have the l.e.d. strip inside, three led.'s together that go all the way to the top each set of lights they have a red white and blue light. The lights flash red white then blue all the way up the whip. I would like to know where I can get one. Or if anybody knows the manufacture.
