just put a e brake block off on my quad and it looks like if i take off the parking brake lever the clutch lever will move up and down, or am i just looking at it wrong? also can i just unplug the tail light and zip tie the connector some where and be o k?

Yes you can just zip tie the connector up and you can also remove the part on your rear brakes that is for the light. I think most people who keep the stock perch just leave the p.b. part in it. You will probably be happier later on if you get an aftermarket perch and lever.

most people normally get a new clutch/perch when getting a parking brake. its alot easier. if you dont use your headlight any more you can buy a clutch lever with a hot start lever on it so you can get rid of that big control box on your handlebars. and yes you can just zip tie the brake light or follow it all the way bacl to unplug the whole brake assembly

I removed my pb, and the stock clutch perch/lever with and replaced it with a MSR lever with integrated hot start and a trail tech light/kill switch. My tail light quit working as well so I removed that and just zip tied the connection up into my airbox I think!
