Does a 450r front bumper fit a LTR? I thought I had seen on here that some one had said it does.

I don't think so. One of my sponsors, TPR, is currently designing a bumper for the LTR, and I'm pretty sure the measurements are different.

If you're looking for a bumper for your LTR I suggest checking out Tarantula Performane Racing at www.tprusa.com/default.

Yes it does with LITTLE tweeking. the holes are the same but you just have to squeeze the top in and pull the bottom apart. I used my IMS off my TRX on my LTR
