What kind of problem can a 42 pilot jet cause? Mine misses terribly now that I installed this thing. Starts easy - misses terrible... and now it seems like fuel is pouring into the motor causing it to cut out something awful.
After my quad runs - fuel will exit the vent hose... How do I adjust the float level?
My crank was spun backwards messing up the decompression mechanism on the cam. How do I fix it so I can adjust my valves correctly?
Thanks!
Ryan

See my answer in the Powertrain section about the decomp.
I'm guessing you bumped/jarred the float somehow when installing the pilot jet and it's hung up on somthing. The float height is not adjustable on the 400ex carb. Remove the bowl and make sure the float is swinging freely.
