Whats the deal on that hood? Are those the stock fenders just cut for the hood scoop? I like it.

Yeh i wanted to loose the stock headlights so i cut those off and put the maier hood on there. I mainly just wanted it to look different from all the other ex's

SO is that a hood for a 250r then?

Posted by: Unverfehrt400ex

Yeh. Its a 250r scooped hood. Bolted up perfectly

thanx. nice quad btw.

thanks man...

I suggest you buy the frame mounts for them. First time you flip your quad and there mounted on your handle bars there done!

Posted by: BranMan

well i have flipped mine once since i have had them... i flipped it the day i got them on and i guess i just got lucky all that happened is the nut inside came loose so all i did was tighten it and it was as good as new

Posted by: Unverfehrt400ex

Yeh same here. the nut on mine is just loose enough that with enough force it will give. Ive had 1 good rollever at a high speed and just another small time where it rolled over one me and barely put a scratch on them.
