Also i am kinda short on money and i was just gonna buy a-arms for now and i was thinkin if it will look bad with stock axle so if you have pics please post them so i can see the epic a-arms and tell me if there good or not.thanks

I just got mine yesterday and will install later today. I heard good things about then. A few pro racers used them a few years ago. The stock lines will fit +2.

The KFX is not mine was on z400central. It was the first pic I saw with them installed. I just got done tightening the top pivot. I have not adjusted the camber yet. Just was happy they where on.

Posted by: fasterz69

oh i didnt think about that lol. yea i cant wait until they come in i will have them on fast as possible i just hope it doesnt take a long time to adjust the camber because i want to o to the track for practice like i was saying.

Posted by: drnez

The arms do not have much adjustment for camber, I put mine all the way in and it seems to work nicely with my shock setup. Depending on how much your shocks sag it may be slightly different. Good luck!

Where did you get your epic a arms? How much were they? They look nice!

Posted by: drnez

Golden West Cycle has them on sale right now for $299! use the coupon code "gwc1st" for another small discount.

They also have these in a package deal with Works or Elka shocks.

yea hey hookrone can you post mor pics of your bike i like how you did the black and white and i just wanted to see the whole thing

Posted by: fasterz69

hey did anyone have trouble getting there a-arms on mine are not wanting to go in and theguy t golden west told me to sand some of the powdercoast off the frame and they will go in and i even trid lube and it wont go in all the way on the frame.....can anyone help me with that

Posted by: drnez

Mine were a pretty snug fit. I had to (gently) tap the mounts on the frame to flex them out enough for the arms to fit. Once you get them in, the dirt fittings on the ends of the arms will wear slightly and make for smooth travel.

Posted by: drnez

Posted by: fasterz69

Posted by: fasterz69

thanks i like the shape of the epics too but they were the biggest pain in the *** ever.....they are really a tight fit and when i first put them on and still a little but now they will stay if i pull the bike up or push it down but there really nice and look awesome so im happy with it

Posted by: fasterz69

so i went to the local track yesterday and they were awesome i had no problems and rode the track a total of about 2 hrs and had nothin go wrong but there still pretty tight i can pick up my bike still and have t stay that way until i push it down but they will probably wear down soon. yea they are great. i just need to get my axle so it will be even better turning

Thanks for the update. I haven't had the time to ride since I installed mine. I also noticed how stiff they are. They were a pain to install. Hopefully I can get my axle on this weekend finally going to be over 50 degrees.
