I am so confused on what to do. I was thinking about buying a yzf 426 quad. But tommy has made me think about getting a moto. I want to have a race ready quad. But the 426 is more powerful but is a lot more $$$. What should i do?

Thats easy.
Get a good ride on both machines then look into your pocket and get the most quad you can afford, but hey its never that easy.

Call Scott at Champion Motorsports (814)929-5332, tell him "Guy from Ohio" sent you. I'm the one that referred Tommy there. Scott is a very nice guy and he'll treat you right. I believe he even has a demo Moto there that you can ride. I'm telling you, once you ride it you'll be changed! D@mn dude, Parkman is much closer to it than I am. I got there in 3 hours and 15 minutes and I stopped twice. You could be there in less than 3 hours. One nice thing with buying out of state is no sales tax which will save you several hundred dollars. PM me if you want anymore details.

I assume that you are guessing that the 426 is more powerful than the Cannondale. Well you may be right, but it is not faster. The last time I raced there was a "spare no expense" built 426, and the guy was a better rider than me, but he would be the first to tell you that the 426 was not faster. I pulled the holeshot very convincingly in the practice, first, and second moto. The Dale was way faster.... For those who have not rode a Moto, go ride one. This is not just a beefed up 400EX. This thing no joke. Very competitive at any level....

400exracer, come down here and I'll let you ride a Moto and our CRF450 back to back, then you can decide.

You are serious? When and Where.

The Moto should be here in a week or two. We are real close to Louisville.

I'm not allowed to say
Let's just say that my deal was "special" because not only did I buy mine but I referred 3 other people as well. Scott did a "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" deal for me. It was lower than you're probably guessing.

I'll bet I can guess!:devil
RedRider, were running the stock shifter but its in a Houser frame with Graydon Pro pegs. Its just right.

LMAO
I can think of 15,000 to 20,000 reasons not to get a YZ or CRF quad. Plus a few that don't cost any money.
