Take a look at this, look above and to the left the Pro Taper logo in the hole in the plastics.

yo Xylene has ur header turnd a diffrent color yet cause i got the same pipe u do and iv had it fo rlike a month already and im getong black spots on my header wut could it be has this happend to urs yet?

It's going to start looking rusty, but it happens. You might be able to use a wirebrush on it scratch it off, though. I was pulling my head pipe off today and just the wrench tapping it knocked off the rust, so you should be able to clean it up once it gets bad. Some high grit sandpaper would do the same thing but I wouldn't do it too many times, don't want to sand away all the pipe.
