I am just trying to get an idea on how i should set up my suspension for jumping, Preload for the springs and the Compresion adj. on the shocks, I have the stock rear shock and 450r fronts... Thanks in advance.. Nick

with your rear shock you should have about 3 in of sag. measure from the floor to a poing on the back of you wheeler like your fender or grab bar. once u sit on it it should sag just about 3in.
example : so without you on it it sits about 10 in once u in our riding gear sits on it it should only go down to 7in.
thats how my suspension guy told me to do it and he has been racig and building suspension for years.
idk this might be best for racing but though might help alittle
