Anyone know what the difference in the Rad H7 & Rad H10 bearing carriers for the 400ex... which is better they both are double wide bearings...assumed one was a newer model or something...
and also which are suppose to be the best carriers for the 400ex?
Thanks

Not sure on the H7, but the H10 is a nice dual row. I love it because you don't have to take the carrier out to grease the bearings anymore. I thought their H7 was for a 300EX, not sure though, and they have an H12 I believe that is for the 400EX too, but is a tapered bearing carrier.

The only difference I can see is that the H7 center is round and H10 center is square made of the same billet alluminum... H10 maybe a newer version... The H7 also has the grease fitting on the outside...
