Has anybody found a hi flow intake for the new 525. I know the pipes from the 500 Outlaw will bolt up but the filter is a different deal in the 525. If you do, what jet are you going to use for aftermarket exhasut and intake.

not sure about any intakes on the 525, but you could take the airbox lid off or go with a clamp on filter. when it comes to jetting there is no one size fits all. You will have to find the jet that works at your elavation, tempature, and humidity. You will most likely have to adjust the needle position and A/F screw as well as the main jet when you add mods.

EHS racing has my airbox lid for a pattern. They will be modifying airbox lids after they get done with mine.

I am using a K & N filter off a 86 to 90 Honda Trx250r. Take 3 inch ABS coupling from Home Depot and cut it in half works great to fit the filter and carb boot together.
