I have a 87 250R cylinder thas has a OS,HD sleeve,its ported,has 69mm bore,269cc,ProDesign Cool Head,spare dome, also includes new 72.2mm piston kit for 295cc BB,and stock uncut stock head! Kit will fit all years of 250R's,but 87-89 must use 4.5mm base spacer plate! Head is cut for race fuel! Asking $375.00 US,shipped,OBO!

Works very well with Sparks TT pipe, ESR TRX5 pipe, VForce reeds,and Keihin AS 38mm PWK carb!

do you have the sleeve for the 295 bore and would it work with an 86 short rod? thanks

This cylinder has a HD oversized sleeve installed in it, the bore is 69mm now, and there is room in the sleeve to safely go to 73.5mm! It is a direct bolt on and go for 86's, 87-89 will require a base spacer plate! I have had offers elsewhere and I quoted them a best price of $325.00 US shipped! Thanks

I used a OEM CR250 gasket,but I enlarged it.

I can include a new head gasket!
