I was looking for a Quad Tech hood for my Cannondale 250r conversion. Looking around it seems like most companies are not making anymore hoods for the R.

Has anyone adapted a 450r hood or a 400ex hood to work?

If Quad Tech is a must have for you, there is always the for sale section here, and ebay. You can always find some good deals there on slightly used, and not damaged parts.

Thanks guys...I guess my real question is if you can use a hood off a 450r or 400ex and make it work. The 450r hoods out there are very trick looking but I dont want to drop $150-$200 if they are going to look like crap.

there shaped differnt and there a differnt size so probuly not. i bought one on ebay for the 250r that was a quad tech for $28
