Im Using All the wiring off of the yfz to the new motor and ive got fire and the magneto and pick up coil, but it seems to be out of time. Any Help Would Be Appreciated!

i did the same conversion, and i found i had to use the yz harness becuase its a different ignition system. but there very cheap used on ebay, and its a much cleaner harness anyway. just make sure you get the yz revbox as well, they are not the same.

just make sure you get the complete harness, and you will need the kill switch from the bike as well. you can no longer use your stock kill switch assembly. cant use the fan either, i havent had a fan on both my yfz,s and i run engine ice and have never had a problem.
