Are there any companies selling pipes, clutch kits, CDI boxes A arms or wheel spacers for the Polaris yet? Thanks any info would be great I just got a 2006 and the little man is already mastered it in stock form.

we had a very fast one, but they'll never be good jumpers. billy at wrh can help you with the motor and pipe. the only thing is there is no fan, but if you runner a little rich you can get by with the stock head modded for an airsail 70. and 21mm carb. also all other mods just like the other jog based mini quads. i got the motor on a kasea now i will try to post pics of both. also i found a set of 2.5 honda wheel spacer that can be made to fit very easy and will make it corner with the best of them, but like i siad not a jumper.

What spacers did you use and who makes them? By all of the other mods do you mean like the variator kits etc. and gearing changes. I am not concerned with jumping he is not going to race the atv that is what his KTM 50pro jr is for this is for trail riding up in th mountains.

go to hotseat.com...they deal with polaris and have a 50 kit with a pipe, jets and weights..made a BIg differance on my boys 50

billy at wrh and i played with one about a year ago. we put a pipe, clutch and variater kit, high compression head and 20mm carb on it and a no rev limit cdi. it would scream. at one time billy was working on extended a-arms but not sure if he ever finished them.
