hey im wanting toget a aftermarket clutch set and i was wanting to know wich ones r goo i was thinking about getting sparks racing clutch or dp or even just do a clutch mod i need a clutch thats going to take abuse for xc

Rekluse Z-Start pro with stock Yamaha disks.
If you don't want the Rekluse, just do the 9-plate YZ conversion with Yamaha plates.

I would just run OEM plates with stronger springs. Most reliable and cheapest way.

OEM or Rekluse is the way I would go.

OEm or the 9 disk conversion. Cheapest and longest lasting. Now the basket is a different story.

Personally i don't think you can beat the stock plates and frictions. We got over two full seasons out of our stockers.
But my boy is pretty easy on the clutch, heck we have an 01 426ex that that raced a full season of mx and then a season and a half of xc before we retired it and the bike still has the originall clutch in it that it left honda with.
