if i'm going to replace my valves and springs with kibblewhite should i go ahead and do the valve guides too?

if they are worn then I would but if not you don't have to replace them.

thanks for the info, i didn't know if it was needed when using their valves and would rather not spend the extra money if i don't need too.

How do you know your guides are worn, if your valve stems move freely inside them?
