I have this 1986 trx 200sx that the clutch was slipping real bad so i got a clutch kit and now it grabs to hard and kills motor. I have tried to adjust with the adjustment on side of case just how the manual states no luck I am lost and need some help PLEASE. How tigth do the clutch spring have to be. The books just said to tight them. no tur specs

TRX200 im guessing thats the atv? and NOT the atc? i would no a bit more if it was the atc but look in front of your motor or on both sides there should be a flathead screwdriver slot and it will say somthing like slippage or friction it will lossen your grabbing up so if you lossen it up a couple turns it should be good to go...

I have tried that adjustment just like the book said to and have also tried go both ways with it with not much diff. It like the clucths are to tight are something.

did you put the clutch in your self? maby there rubbing like you put it together a little bit rong? maby
