my first impression ride is better than the 06 Outlaw First oil change is a pain in the butt and it does need skid plate on the rear A-arms.

If you don't mind me asking, how much you pay for your wheels? Your 525 looks pretty mean with them.

ok i'm drooling.......

Wheels look great.

Why do you say it needs rear a arm skids?

Posted by: Evasiveone

That's what i'm talking about

If the stealth fighter was a quad, this is what it would look like........but then again I think the stealths are ugly too lol.

A rock took out a big chunk of the right lower A-arm

Now I'm with ya. I don't ride in rocky areas like that so I had no clue.

Hows is it compared to your 500 outlaw? When I test rode the 500 outlaw 1 year ago I was not that impressed with it. My new 525 just amazes me on how it handles. Is yours running lean, mine seems very lean.

Don't you hate how the rear Hipers make the bike wider? Maybe you dont ride in tight areas but Hiper needs to make them in a 9X8 and not this 10X7 crap. I had a set and thought that they were a little too wide. You quad looks awesome!

Posted by: GE4x4

My Hipers on my 500 only made it a 1/2" wider. I'm 48" in the rear.

Posted by: TYLER329

Yeah you're right about 48 but I just went out and measured our stock 525 on the floor and we had a board laying flat on the outside of the tire and wheel and then measured to the inside of the board. We came up with like 46 1/2. Now that factory I-RAZR doesn't have much sidewall hanging out and maybe that makes a difference. Did your front Hiper 4+1's make it wider or narrower?

Posted by: GE4x4

The front stayed pretty close to the stock width. Mayby a tad narrower.

Posted by: calds650

Wide is good for me I could us 2 more inches and make it 50 wide.
