buddy of mine is putting a new topend on his 250r and he cant find anywhere to find a headgasket for his size bore its 72mm bore i think. he called cometic up that wont get here till after next weekend but he needs it for this weekend. any body know of any websites phone numbers to places that sell oversize headgaskets that will get here by this weekend that would be awsome. thanks

First thing is, its almost 2:00 here in the east & you have to have a next day order in before that time so all your left with is to order it from some place next day air from the west coast.

The regular Cometic big bore set is a GS845 or you can get the thin 0.010 head gasket T/E set # C7351 from LA Sleeve or CT Racing but you will need a credit or debit card to pay in advance.

In a desprate pinch, if the head gasket you took off isnt torn all up, you could use it over with some Three Bond #1211 sealant, torque everything in place, let it cure out over night & be ready tommorrow evening to race saturday.
