where the hell is the oil filter on a 03 250ex?also it's been idling very low it shuts off every once in awhile. any ideas?

set your idle higher....... make sure your getting gas.... and oil filter must be inclosed

i called honda theres an irreplacable filter and it collects the crap.

There is no filter on the 250ex. It's just a screen in the bottom end. I'd have to look it up in the service manual to tell you exactly where it is.

the oil filter is internal its in the crakcase its a screen that has 2 be replaced every year
