well I have recently done some work on my 2003 suzuki Ozark I have found that a super trap pipe off of a 200x three wheeler will work but I had to bend my own mid pipe for it wich is pretty sweet I used a k&n off of a 1982 250r three wheeler took thye air box off and put a bigger jet and needle in the carb and threw some 20 inch tall razr's on the back to change the gearing and man what a diff.
I can officialy say that I can sit at the bottom of a wholeshot start out in first and make it to the top in 5th with out a problem.
I have to brag it is pretty amazing for a 250 like that to do somthing like a wholeshot.
my next step is to shave the head, find a big bore for it and get a higher revving brain box for it.
that machine should be a good difference in speed and torq
tell me what you guys have done to your ozark's
