i have a all stock 250r three wheeler that runs kinda funny. it pulls pretty good off bottom and mid range but just seems to go flat on top. i will be riding it fast in a gear and when it starts to rev it will just go flat and have not more power, then i will upshift and it will pull hard again up untill top. do you think its a jetting thing? i am not sure if thats the way they are suposeed to run stock?? i am thinking it must be a jetting thing.

what pipe is on it? When I had a fmf pipe on mine, it did the same. Stock pipe would have very similar results too. I would get a different pipe, esr atc5.

you running the stock round slide carb on there? what pipe are you running?

couldnt it be the port job? exhaust and intake could also be affecting this though

chances are that if everything is still all stock, thats where the problem lies.

yea its the carb i bet, i misread where it was all stock, ive ridden some woods 250rs that fall on their face on topend thanks to the port job
