another estart question?

now i know i ask alot of these and some will think why dont i simply trade it in for an er, well my R has built sentimental value and other than that everyone knows any atv that leaves the showroom floor loses 50-65% of its value so, iv been thinking of getting the goki kit for a while thinking of the pros and cons and ive come up with first is the part where you drill holes in your frame does anyone think you can just clamp the battery box on? secondly is that goofy looking button on it, could i just replace it with a killswitch button? and lastly is the oil filter on it im not quite sure if it would break if it got hit by a rock or something because to me it just seems like a little plastic cylinder?

so if anyone can tell me a thing or two (or has beytter ideas then posted) it would be appreciated
