what does the front shocks on a 300ex measure eye 2 eye,the rear also

300ex shocks will fit the front of the 250ex, but it will raise the ride hieght slightly. For the back they will work, but you have to drill the shock mount hole a little bit bigger. They don't bottom out as easily and ride nicer is what I hear.

i think an o1 raptor shock is better
