i would say spend the extra money that way, if you sell the quad, you would get more money and enjoy the suspension until you sell it. Or if you keep the quad also you would have a good handling ex. So either way, you should go with the aftermarket. I would got with elkas. But, out of your choices, go with the works.

id go with a the 300ex shocks. there a bit cheaper and will work alot better then you stockies anyways so no sence in spending like 400$ more for that extra like 10 pounds the 300ex wouldnt hold up to on the works.
