alright i need more mods for my 250.. i have a big bore,exhaust,jets,k and n filter,custom airbox scoop,high ratio intake rocker arm,and i want more engine mods...anyone tell me wat u think i shuld get

with the engin mods you do have you should have gotten a sparks x-4 it would show more power!!!

i actually went to my local honda..and looked at big gun,sparks,dr. d,hmf gave hte most horsepower in low,mid and top end so i chose to it it

I think they are the same, unless it has something to do with the new clutch on the 06's. They probably just didn't update their website since '03.

i was goin to port and polish,but i didnt no if it was worth it,and does that help alot and i think thats all i can do,and buddy wiht the 400ex,my 250 smokes 300 wiht a few mods

i think u made the same mistake i did, i got an 300ex and put all kinds of money into it and it keeps up but still anit what i want it to be. id prob just go to a bigger quad, once i put my motor bac together im sellin it and gone to a yfz or r

You wish. I 250ex especially with the mods you have will never smoke a 300ex. Even a stock 300ex. Come close? Maybe. Win? No. Smoke? Never. And if you actually did smoke a 300ex the rider of the 300 sucks. And dont worry, I have a 250 and ride with 400exs, 300exs, mojaves, everything and it never smokes anything.

klutchbuster250, you riders u race must suck. you dont have and engin mods! maby the thread starter can but i doubt you can if you both are darn good riders, pluse i raced mine with my mods listed to a stock beat up 300ex and it still would pull away at top speed at about 4.5 250ex lengths......

ahhahaha u guys are so funny wtf its not to hard to beleive 300s arnt that fast and it wasnt a long drag race eaither maybe 300 feet and i didnt say that i blew them away i just wont by maybe a bike length and thats racin against a stock 300 against my pipe and filterd 250

look at a car its shaf6t drive, and you can get proformance out of it. But I know what you mean, now that the raptor 250 is out, and needs to step it up. I hope they put a chain drive actually 249cc engine in.

did i say look at my old mods i had on my old 2005 250ex? i always raced this guys piss pounded 300ex and he would win and im a better rider.! but i found a good deal on a 400ex and said screw this little kid stuff lol
