I put bigger tires and rims on a while back and since then he would get stuck sometimes, he would open the throttle and the tires just woudlnt move. I decided on a few things and man did it make a difference.
I installed a 70cc kit ($120 off of ebay staight from china)
Carbon fiber reeds
Uni filter
Regeared it to 15/28 and upgraded to 520 chain and sprockets
Installed a 115 mainjet
Hetrick racing clutch kit

I need to do a pipe eventually but its so much faster now I think i want to keep it plugged up for now..he is only 5. He is so happy because now he can finally sling some mud from a stand still.

sounds naty. i was in pep boys today getting a switch for one of the firetrucks, and i saw a blast 125 cc 2 stroke race quad. they wanted 1700 for it. comes with nerfs, widened with shocks and the works.
im almost considering to buy it just for a pit bike. lol

You sure it was 2 stroke??? That sounds like it would surely be worth a shot. Problem with a lot of those is they are cheaply made and if they break where do you get replacement parts?
