At my elevation I am running a 152 main and a stock pilot jet, with my current mods my 400 runs just a bit on the rich side.

i just put a 150 in it that i had lying around an it bogs out at low rpms? seems like its drowning out should i adjust the slide or the air/fuel screw?

roms don't matter, it is throttle position...
0-25% throttle is the pilot jet
20-80% is the needle
75-100% is the main jet...
notice i have some overlap there, and those are just guideline percentages, it may be a little different...

say I'm goin kinda slow in 2nd gear an i punch it, it bogs out?

Pull the air box lid off and test ride it. If the condition improves than your set up is too rich. If it worsens that you're still too lean.

put a 155 in and take your lid off.
