i was wondering if any one knows if the 450r stem and carrier are the same as 400's? i believe they are but not sure?

hmm....no one knows? i wish i knew some one with a 450r i would start a thread with all the compatable parts, but i don't

do you mean bearing carrier for axle if so no they are not the same the 400ex carrier is about a 1/8 inch longer then the 450r. they are the same diameter thow they will fit and tighten up in either swing arm. but if you stick the 400ex carrier in the 450r swing arm it stick out the swing arm about a 1/8 inch. 450r carrier is not long enough for the 400ex swing arm. the steering stem im not sure about. they are probably a little different they always seem to change a little something. hope this helps.

400EX stem is smaller.
