has anyone gone up a tooth on the rear sprocket and down a tooth on the front....I know it will increase acceleration.. But how much will it increase and how much does top end decrease? Has anyone done it and know from experience?

did a 13 in the front, the back is stock. I have huge acceleration now but I have to start out in 2nd when I race and even then I wheelie about 3ft high. Lost some on the top end but how far you gonna race? If you do the front I wouldnt do the back, the front alone and the quad itself will have lots of torque.

My friend did and it hits the rev limiter quick in all gears, but he stunt rides so it is good for him. Me personally I did the 13t and love it.
