I was looking to buy an 02 raptor and I found one. the bike is at a reduced price and has 5 hours on a rebuilt topend with a 686 kit. but he said it looses power or cuts out in fourth gear. is that just a jetting problem??? what else could it be???

it may very well be a fuel issue, or, it could be an electrical issue. The only way to know forsure is to screw around with the carbs and clean them. I wouldn't buy it until I knew exactly what was going on. Just my opinion, though.
