After riding for a little while my SMC a arms bushing get really squeeky. The only way it goes away is a lot of wd40 put thats only a temporary fix!!!Any suggestions?

take em apart and grease them (you can do it without having to remove the ball joints).

then if you pressure wash, make sure you do your best to avoid those bushings in the future.

yup i greasse them at least twice a month and i wd40 them after every wash...

they will get loose after a while aswell

Mine are all squeekin as well. They never have before. Its new and upon further inspection the bushings are shot. Good thing i planned on new a arms and there on the way anyways lol.

u can pull on the a-arms.. if they move a little ur lucky and lube them from now on... if they move a whole lot than maybe its time for some new bushing and bearings.

There brand new.Just pull the steel pivot pins out and grease between that and the delron bushing???

yep, put a little grease on those.

as long as you have it apart grease the collar that the bolt holding the a-arm to the frame runs through. that collar also runs through a bearing. pull it out, pack some grease around the bearing, grease the collar both inside and out. put is back together and put some grease on the bolt before you run the bolt back through

and just so you know, if you are ever in the market for new a-arms, buying a-arms with zerk fittings such as laegers saves you from this process
